Geographical Area

Orders

Payment Terms

The price is payable upon ordering.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated on the order form.

Warranty

The computerized records of Stand Expo shall be considered by the parties as proof of the communications, orders, payments, and transactions carried out between the parties.

Settlement of Disputes

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
